I was a guest on the Agripreneur Empire Podcast hosted by Allison Fender! What a joy it was to be on the other side of the mic for once and answer all the questions Ally had for me about motherhood, entrepreneurship and so much more. We had such an amazing conversation and I always love getting to connect with other rural women, ranch wives and mamas, and of course business owners.

How fun is it when two podcast hosts get together to chat about common interests? I absolutely love getting to talk to someone who can relate to not just my work aspect of life, but also in other ways too! Ally is a mama, a rural wife and a business owner. So needless to say, our conversation flowed quite easily!

I totally enjoyed sharing my story, but also loved getting to learn about hers as well! And even how similar a lot of details are for us!

Pivoting In Business

 

One of the key topics in this episode of The Agripreneur Empire Podcast, is how my business has pivoted over the years. I have gone from being a horse trainer, to a photographer, to an educator, a podcaster to a creator and so on. These changes have mostly been due to the changes in my life. Becoming a mama has made me want to have more time to spend with my babies and more time in our growing family. Which is turn has led me to have to make changes within my business. Something I cannot stress enough, is that if your business is no longer working for your life do not be afraid to make changes. The beauty of entrepreneurship is having the ability to pivot when necessary.
