How I Plan My Content Calendar Using Trello

Ready to learn how Trello is going to save the day for your content creation strategy?

For so long I struggled to find the most efficient way to plan out my content. As a soloprenuer it was also really important for me to find something cost efficient. Trello has been all of that and more for my business and I am so stoked to show you exactly how I am currently mapping out all my content on this platform.

What Is Trello?

According to Trello themselves:

“Trello is the visual work management tool that empowers teams to ideate, plan, manage, and celebrate their work together in a collaborative, productive, and organized way. Whether you and your team are starting something new or trying to get more organized with your existing work, Trello adapts to any project”

Making Content Management So Much Easier

I am running a lot of different platforms and accounts for several brands and it can be a lot to manage. I used to do everything on a good ol’ pad of paper and a pen. But frankly it just wasn’t feasible after a while because I could not take it with me everywhere.

And while I wish I could say that Trello sponsored me, they currently do not. I am just so obsessed with what this platform has done for me that I need to share it. One of the best parts of Trello… it’s completely FREE to use!

Some Things To Keep In Mind

Before you watch this video, understand that it may look a little overwhelming at first. But that’s normal with anything new!

Just Remember:

  1. I will break down the parts you need to know so you understand the features better
  2. If you are just starting out, I would not recommend getting on as many platforms as I am all at once. It won’t be doable long term. You can still use the method I am showing you for just a couple of platforms as you see fit
