Author and creator of The Art Of Rachel In The Rain Blog, Rachel Ziegler, talks about how she was able to cope and grieve after the tragic loss of her mother to Cancer. She goes into detail about how she found in outlet in writing and in her horses and provides you with ways to cope yourself, or what to say if you know someone who is currently in a season of grieving.
After facing her own challenges with love, loss and grief, Rachel took to writing as a way of expressing her emotions and teaching others how to keep on pushing forward in life’s toughest seasons.
She planted a seed in her mind about how she could develop something more to help others in their own relationships and journeys in love and loss.
Her story will pull at your heartstrings but also will put a smile on your face from the joy this sweet girl has to offer the world.
A Little About Rachel
Rachel was born and raised in England and did not move to America until later in her childhood. She grew up riding horses and got her own when she was 16. She was always a very fun loving, easy going kind of girl. Her family moved to a smaller town in Northern California, and everything seemed perfect.
But in 2018, it all changed when her mother tragically passed away after battling Cancer for quite some time.
Rachel battled with the idea of her mother being gone, and had to force herself to move forward somehow. She found a creative outlet in writing and decided to start a Blog to talk about her emotions and tell her story.
Her blog impacted the lives of those around her, and she hopes that it can expand to bring forth a conversation that so many of us are scared to have.
